Craving Mexican food for dinner tonight but don’t want to put a dent in your wallet?

Whip up a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup from home instead, faster than you can order take out

or run out to the drive-thru.

warm to cold.

Nothing seems to warm me up like a nice steamy hot bowl of soup because it feels just like a hug

in a bowl!

It just warms my soul. 🙂

I often tease my husband that he should have married a Latina lady because he is the only

member of our family who can eat Mexican food every single day of the week and never seem to

get sick of it!

He would jokingly ponder the possibility of it too.

Hmm, what if? 😉

Variety is the spice of life!

Me, on the other hand, I am the exact opposite.

Being a creative mind, I just cannot do the same thing every day.

I crave variety, it’s the spice of life!

Perhaps in another lifetime.

But for now, we will have to just wonder about the possibility and just enjoy the next best thing…

Yep! You guessed it!
